2. Where can I find the FCC# / What is the FCC#?
The FCC ID & PART # are typically printed on the back of the remote. If you cannot locate this information on your remote or if you've lost your original remote, please contact your Local Dealer. Provide them with the VIN of your car, and they will be able to assist you in obtaining the necessary information.
3. What are your operation hours?
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
4. I need to create a return / Return my order item / How should I proceed with a return?

5. What is an AKS KEYS? / Does it come with the logo?
An AKS KEYS is a high-quality aftermarket key that does not come with a logo.
6. What is an OEM key? / Does it come with the logo?
An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) key is an original key typically provided by a dealership. It comes with the logo on the back.
7. Do you cut / program keys?
We do not cut or program keys at our warehouse. Please contact your local locksmith for assistance and pricing regarding key cutting and programming services.
8. Please cancel my order / I need to cancel my order. / How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement before they are processed in our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order after this window, please contact your account representative during our business hours. Note that cancellation at this stage is not guaranteed and may be subject to a 3% to 10% credit card fee. For cancellations after business hours, please fill out the cancellation form available on our website.
