How to cancel an order?

To cancel an order, you have a 30-minute window after placing it before it's processed in the warehouse. If the order has been processed, you can still request cancellation by calling your account representative during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm). Please note that cancellation at this stage isn't guaranteed. Orders canceled after the 30-minute window may incur a 3% to 10% credit card fee or be credited as a store credit.
